1. About WishAway

WishAway is operated by Luca Sarbia trading as WishAway, established in the United Kingdom. By using WishAway you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

WishAway provides AI-generated travel inspiration and planning information: journey ideas, suggested places, day-by-day outlines, seasonal guidance and rough cost estimates. It is a starting point for your own planning, not professional travel, legal, medical or financial advice.

3. Accuracy — please verify before you rely on anything

Results are generated by AI and drawn from third-party sources. They may contain errors, omissions or outdated information, and places may have changed, moved or closed.

Before you travel or spend money, you must independently verify:

• prices and what they include
• availability and opening times
• entry, visa, passport and health requirements
• travel safety advice from your government
• booking terms, cancellation rules and insurance

4. We are not a travel agent

WishAway is not currently a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell, reserve or complete bookings, we do not hold your money, and we are not a party to any contract you make with an airline, hotel, restaurant or other provider.

5. Cost estimates

Any price shown is an indicative estimate only, based on the details you enter and general assumptions. It is not a quote, an offer or a guarantee, and real prices vary by date, demand, availability and currency movement. Currency conversion uses third-party exchange rates that may be delayed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use WishAway unlawfully or to harm, harass or defraud anyone
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls or access other users' data
• scrape, resell or systematically extract our content or the service itself
• upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content in free-text fields
• disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service

7. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at luca90sarbia@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

8. Intellectual property

The WishAway name, design, code and original content belong to Luca Sarbia trading as WishAway. You may use your generated journeys for your own personal travel planning, including sharing them privately. You may not republish or commercially exploit the service or its content without our permission. Photographs, maps and place data belong to their respective providers and are used under their terms. You keep ownership of the text you enter, and you grant us the licence we need to process it in order to provide the service.

9. Third-party sites and affiliate links

WishAway links to third-party websites we do not control; their content and terms are their own responsibility. In future, some links may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you book through them at no extra cost to you. Where that applies, we will say so clearly on the page.

10. Availability

WishAway is provided on an "as available" basis while it is being developed and publicly tested. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn, and interruptions or maintenance may occur without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you started using WishAway, for losses arising because you relied on AI-generated information without verifying it as described in section 3, or for the acts, prices or cancellations of third-party travel providers. We are also not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or opportunity arising from business use — WishAway is intended for personal use.

Where liability can lawfully be capped and WishAway has been provided to you free of charge, our total liability is limited to a reasonable amount reflecting the free nature of the service.

12. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your use threatens the security or stability of the service, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as WishAway develops. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
